Preventative Maintenance: Energy Savings Agremeent

Our Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) is a prepaid preventative maintenance program providing you with routine inspections of your heating and cooling system. The ESA is designed to save you money and provide you with more efficient, better running equipment.

Loren’s recommends two inspections per year when you have both heating and cooling equipment – once for the heating season (fall/winter) and once for the cooling system (spring/summer). If two services (ESA2) are performed the cooling season inspection includes a free cleaning of the condenser coil.

Reliable HVAC Services in Salem: Join Our Energy Savings Agreement

Living in Salem, Oregon, means experiencing a diverse climate with chilly winters and warm summers. Ensuring your HVAC system is running efficiently year-round is crucial for comfort and energy savings. Our Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) is tailored to meet the unique needs of Salem residents, providing routine inspections and maintenance for your heating and cooling systems.

We understand the importance of reliable HVAC services in our community. With the support of local government entities like the City of Salem Public Works Department, which oversees energy and environmental services, we stay informed about the best practices and regulations to keep your systems running smoothly.

Salem's fluctuating weather can put a strain on your HVAC system, leading to unexpected breakdowns and higher energy bills. Our ESA program helps mitigate these issues by offering bi-annual inspections—one in the fall/winter for your heating system and one in the spring/summer for your cooling system. This proactive approach ensures your equipment is always in top condition, reducing the risk of costly repairs and improving energy efficiency.

Our local technicians are familiar with the specific challenges faced by Salem residents, from the damp, cold winters to the dry, hot summers.

Key Benefits of Our ESA Program:

  • 10% Off Parts & Labor for All Repairs
  • No Overtime Rates (standard rates apply)
  • Preferred Status (you are a priority over non ESA customers when needing emergency repairs)
  • Peace of Mind

ESA1: Comprehensive Maintenance for Your HVAC System

A qualified technician will come out in the fall/spring to clean and maintain your heating/cooling system.

ESA2: Enhanced Service with Condenser Coil Cleaning

A qualified technician will be scheduled in the fall to clean and maintain your heating system and in the spring to clean and maintain your cooling system, including cleaning of the condenser coil.
