When I bought my house there was a note on the furnace recommending Loren’s. I have used them exclusively for over 15 years. The service is quick and the technicians are friendly and always do a great job. Yesterday my air conditioning stopped working, so I called their office and Geoff was here within 2 hours. Geoff is usually the technician that comes, and he is knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff are friendly and always make me feel like I’m their #1 priority. Their fees are competitive and affordable.

He provided thoughtful and informative responses to my questions and advised me of their maintenance program which would save money. Service was scheduled in a timely manner when I called, office staff very pleasant. Definitely happy with the company. Though technician was a bit later than the two hour window scheduled, he called to let me know he was running late and provided an expected time of arrival, which he met.

Our heater stopped blowing warm air late on a 33º night in the middle of November. In the morning we called a lot of HVAC places as we had never used one before. Lorens was the only service who could come out same day, by squeezing us in between other appointments. Geoff came when they said he would and there was no monkey business. He quickly got to work diagnosing the issue, and taking the heater apart until he saw the problem (crossover in one of the burners was clogged) and fixed it very quickly. He put it all back together, turned it on, and voila! House is warm again. Fee was very reasonable, and we have him to thank for not having to spend any more nights in a cold house. Highly recommended.

I've used Loren's since 1990. Our first furnace they also had to install new ducts. In 2010 we Loren's to replace our old furnace with a more efficient one. From the phone call to installation it has always been nothing but professional. Today we had the furnace and A/C tuned up and cleaned, again professional and happy. Geoff explained everything he was doing and all was great and the units needed nothing! I would highly recommend Loren's for any furnace or air conditioning needs.

Had our AC stop working right at bedtime. Tried to fix it ourselves, but that didn't work out. We called Loren's and got a call back from Joe. He came out fast at 10pm and had our ac running within an hour. He knew right what the problem was. I was also expecting this to cost much more than it did, solely because if the time of night, but it wasn't as awful as I anticipated. Joe was friendly, professional, and quick. Plus was incredibly nice to our pup. Will definitely be using Loren's in the future, specifically asking for Joe!

I had Loren's install a new heat pump and electronic air filter in May of 2005.  I have been on one of their service contracts ever since the equipment was installed.  I have it serviced twice a year. Once before the heating season begins and again in the spring before the cooling season begins. They have maintained it since it was installed and I have not had one issue with it.  Geoff has been doing the maintenance for the last few years and has done a wonderful job. He is always right on time and a very nice guy. If you need your current system serviced or a new system give them a call. I have been very pleased!
